Affordable Housing Awareness Week

Central Virginia Baptist Ministries’ Day

 

CVBM, Inc. had the unique opportunity to participate in Affordable Housing Awareness Week in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity in a building project in Richmond’s historic Church Hill from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Volunteers began construction on a 15-home community known as The Pillars at Oakmont located at T and 33rd Streets. 

 

Thank you to the following churches for helping with this project: First Baptist Church of West Point, New Bethesda Baptist Church, Northminster Baptist, and Pamunkey Indian Baptist Church

 

Additionally, we want to thank Hardy Central Baptist Church and Parham Road Baptist Church for providing bag lunches for the volunteers.
